Dojo Rental Rates as of Fall 2024

-Ongoing Classes - $25/hour

-One-Time Events - $35/hour

-Half Day Rental (4 hours) - $125

-Full Day Rental (8 hours) - $250

-Partial Weekend Rental - (3 Hours on Friday and 8 Hours on Saturday) - $375

-Full Weekend Rental - (3 Hours on Friday, 8 Hours on Saturday, 5 Hours on Sunday) - $500

-Deposit (Refundable) - $100

-$20/hour cleaning fee for any cleaning necessary to restore the dojo to its pre-use condition (subtracted from your deposit)

-Rentals include 30 minutes before and after the event for set up and clean up. Any additional time needed will be charged at the hourly studio rate.

Details: The event date will be secured when the $100 deposit fee is made. The $100 deposit will be rolled over toward the rental cost. The remaining balance towards the rental fee is due 10 days prior to the event.

Promotion and marketing assistance available through the Human Development Center’s Facebook page and mailing list for a small additional fee.

Payments are accepted in cash, check, or Venmo. Check can be made out to Clara Cunningham. Venmo @ClaraCunningham1008

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation one month before event is free of consequence. If you cancel three weeks or less, prior to the event, we will keep the $100 deposit. If cancellation occurs one week or less prior to the event, the full amount will be non-refundable except in the instance of an emergency or other clear understandable cause.
