Our brain and nervous systems are continuously regenerating and growing and it is re-creating itself through the daily experiences of our life and how we are living. Growing a coherent nervous system and living with resilience takes practice, perseverance, and consistency while orienting to present moment awareness.

In this workshop series, you will get a variety of body-centered and emotionally supportive tools for increasing the biological capacity for a more interconnected, soulful life. When the body can be integrated and feel safe we can directly perceive how our body is at home inside of the soul, and there is a deep peace in this. As we gain more access to the present moment, we are free and have a life of choice.

This workshop is a great complement to anyone who has an existing meditation practice or people new to meditation.

In this class you will be invited through a series of physical rhythmic movements, body positions (asanas), attuned self touch and emotional tending, breathing, nerve stretches and gentle toning practices to balance and awaken your inherent health, reclaim yourself, and gently enhance resiliency of body, mind, heart and soul. Anatomy education and home practice guidelines also provided.

This class is for you if are seeking a pathway to a balanced and more resilient nervous system:

Topics and focus points of this workshop include:

  • Exploration and resetting of the social engagement system through the neuropsychological convergence of the ears, eyes, jaw, cranial base, thoracic, inlet, and throat

  • Experience the internal sensory systems of interception and neuroception through the touch points of the heart, lungs, enteric nervous system, throat, and the thoracic inlet that are their bodily base

  • Attuned soft touch and emotional attending as tools for self regulation and self discovery

  • Building relationship with your cranial, vez, brain, stem and spine for self-regulation

  • Learn to hone your skills of directly communicating with, and listening to your body systems, organs, and cells for better immunity and optimal health

  • Increase internal resources and nervous system capacity, infrastructure for regulation, this is how we open our capacity for living life more fully and holy
